My children and I were rear ended on the highway. There were unknown numbers and attorneys calling for the case. I knew there was only one firm to call........T.Madden &Associates. I was immediately taken care of and my case was handed over to my case Manager Shanera! She took care of everything! She made calls and sent emails. She put in the work! Very thankful for her and everyone at T.Madden & Associates.

Very professional and got my medical treatment started immediately after I got off the phone with them,and they did a great job on my settlement as well

I got a check for 5k because my medical, etc came out to be over 30k and the medical "team" personally were a bunch of quacks, wanted to continue with shots which didn't work and wanted to run me to surgery, could not use my own insurance/doctors to get the correct care had to rely on them. Went through i dont know how many "legal" hands on my case before they hired someone who wasn't going to quit before a months time. And let's not forget having to travel to the office after being in an accident,, um hello...I was in pain, traveled about 30 miles feeling every bump and let's not forget the trauma of having to literally get "back on the horse" Next time I won't go to a friend who has a friend who is an atty, which I think was a scam and I think they got a finders fee and yup, no longer that persons associate. So in a nutshell, hopefully would never have to get another atty, but if I need to definitely won't be this firm

Meh… typical ambulance chaser law firm. Didn’t do too much to fight for me and my injuries. Took the first offer and they got over 9k of my settlement, leaving me 7k after the medical bills and such. They were professional, but it’s not any more special than an average law firm. I wouldn’t use them again. And to be honest, my injury is giving me pain again 1.5 years after my “treatment” from their in house medical specialist. Best of luck!

Great Experience and they made sure that I was going to get paid for my Injuries. Definitely recommended them.

When my mom was originally injured in January, T Madden took our case and now here we are in October and NOO actions have been taken and then the drop us. After 10 months and now the drop us,on top of all that they recommended doctors for my mom that they would pay for and now we have to pay outta pocket. If you ask me I think they don’t know what they do to families when they do this.

They took my wife’s case for months and never attempted to proceed with it. Communication between them and with my wife sucked until it was time to say that they were dropping the case. Now we have to take our case elsewhere and now they have a lien on whatever proceedings we win. They were unable to get information from the last lawyer. They were unable to put time into even looking over the case which the lawyer openly admitted at a meeting with him which was a few months ago and they had all the information prior. Overall I think they were lazy and unmotivated because they thought they wouldn’t get as much money as they thought they would get. To hold the case this long and waste time when they know we only have a limited time to even sue these people that did this was very unprofessional and very weak. They can say whatever they want to under this review but we have facts to back up whatever I’m saying.

T Madden & Associates was the best they gave me and my son the best service a person could ask for. They was very friendly sn I didn't have to call them about anything they called me. If I was the have another accident hoping that I don't I will definitely let them handle my case again
