Mr. and Mrs. Dickerson represented me on a BS DUI charge in Cobb County about a year and a half ago. They got the charge reduced to a reckless driving and saved my CDL. I highly recommend them if you are charged with a DUI.

I work with Mr. Dickerson as an attorney helping him cover calendar calls around the metro Atlanta when he has conflicts. I have seen first hand his absolute devotion to getting the absolute best deal possible for his clients. When that's not possible, he doesn't hesitate to take a case to a jury. He knows so much about not only the law but also about how prosecutors think because he was one. Until he recognized that he could better serve his community and the causes of justice defending those accused. I continue to learn from him and am grateful for the opportunity. He is the only criminal lawyer I know who takes monthly payments. Everyone else requires cash up front, so to give a discount for cash up front is beyond generous. Unfortunately, criminal cases can drag on for months or even years. Remember that he's charging a flat fee for criminal cases which means at some point it's unreasonable for him to continue to take frequent calls answering the same questions he's answered before. Mr. Dickerson also has five children, and his dedication to participating in their lives is something I respect that I think makes him a better human being and someone I would trust absolutely with my freedom and long term best interests. He is not only a good lawyer, he is a good and compassionate man. To the gentleman complaining above, obviously you're not incarcerated if you're positing scurrilous criticisms online, so Mr. Dickerson must have done all right by you in the end.

It is scary to say the least when your 17-year-old gets arrested for DUI and his friends have left other illegal substances in the car. All his plans for college, the military... everything is on the line. Thankfully, Mr. Dickerson was able to get most of the evidence thrown out and then he negotiated all the charges down to one rules of the road violation. I did not think that was possible, but he got it done. Words cannot explain the relief when it was over.

My experience is that this attorney is extremely well-versed in the law and up-to-date on technology both in and out of the courtroom. He does not hesitate to try cases truly worth trying and does not back down from aggressive prosecutors. He does offer discounts to those who pay up-front and I see that as a good thing. To think one would get preferential treatment for paying up-front is frightening. I financed my hip replacement a few years ago and I would be horrified if I found out the doctor only did a half-ass job on me because I could not afford to pay everything up-front! Mr. Dickerson gives each case his all and has a great reputation in the community and courts. I recommend him highly.

Mr. Dickerson is straightforward and responsive. He knows the law very well, and, after working with him, I feel I do too.

I am a member of a group law plan. I am covered by the plan for 100% coverage when it comes to selling your primary residence. Mr. Purcell responded to only 1 of my emails and never called me back after I called and left many messages. I am very dissatisfied with his service. I had to agree with the buyer to use their lawyer for the home closing and basically pay another lawyer for a service that Mr. Purcell agreed to complete.

Jeff has a tremendous drive and work ethic and he strives to be the best in his profession. He cares very deeply about making a difference for his clients so that they can overcome difficult circumstances. Jeff doesn't mince words and he tells it like it is, which is something I respect. He has led a men's bible study for over 10 years and we value his friendship and perspective on life.
