My experience with Kevin began before he ever knew it. As a Federal employee of over ten years, I didn't know that my rights were being violated. Through research in the EEOC process, i came upon videos on Youtube of Kevin guiding you through this process. I was able to file, appeal, and go though the investigative process by myself, thanks to his guidance. When I was assigned a judge and went through the prehearing process, i knew i needed to hire an attorney. He was the first and only one I contacted. For those of you going through this experience, you know this is not an easy time of your life. The Agency's adverse actions have cost me a demotion and added commuting costs. Kevin was able to take my case and help me out with a payment plan. He was always honest with the possible outcomes of my case. I put in so much time and energy into my case and Kevin reciprocated the same. At the end, this process was going to squeeze more money and time than I expected and with Kevin's guidance, i accepted a settlement. It wasn't the outcome I dreamed of but it sure has been the peace of mind I dreamed of. Kevin was always straight up. He is also empathetic. I wouldn't trust another guy nor recommend anyone else against a federal agency. He was not only my champion, but a champion for justice.

Mr waugh took my divorce case and I could not had chosen a better attorney. First, he conducted a brief but detailed phone case evaluation explaining me things that no other lawyer had done ( talked to 4 lawyers before him) because I guess they want to see the money first. Second, his price is affordable and third, he prepared me very well for my court date, always very attentive, made me calm, always returned my calls and emails. Brief initial phone consultation and Brian did not try to understand the situation I am in at all. He jumped to conclusions and made assumptions. Before giving me a chance to even explain what’s going on he decided the call wasn’t going well and I needed to consult another attorney. I definitely will since I am looking for an attorney who wants to get all the details and information about the case and shows at least a little bit of concern and compassion for what I am going through. What a jerk!
