Brian was extreamly helpful through a very trying time. He was very responsive and prompt, walked me through the entire process, provided updates along the way, and was completely honest about what to expect. Cannot reccomend him enough.

Mr. Waugh(Brian), was an absolute pleasure to work with during a difficult time. Any, everything I asked of him was done in a timely manner and I was never left wondering or had to ask multiple times for anything. Keep in mind, this is all during the height of Covid during the summer and a messy divorce was made much easier. If you, are unfortunate enough to, need an attorney for this type of work Brian is 100% the person to call. Hopefully, I will never ever need him again for this type of work but he's who I would call if I needed that service.

I'm glad that I had Brian Waugh represent me during my divorce. Divorce is difficult, even more during this pandemic. He reached out and was working, even when the courts were closed; and then via video he was able reach resolution. Other attorneys weren't as candid nor understanding. I trust him, you should as well if looking for council.

Mr waugh took my divorce case and I could not had chosen a better attorney. First, he conducted a brief but detailed phone case evaluation explaining me things that no other lawyer had done ( talked to 4 lawyers before him) because I guess they want to see the money first. Second, his price is affordable and third, he prepared me very well for my court date, always very attentive, made me calm, always returned my calls and emails. Brief initial phone consultation and Brian did not try to understand the situation I am in at all. He jumped to conclusions and made assumptions. Before giving me a chance to even explain what’s going on he decided the call wasn’t going well and I needed to consult another attorney. I definitely will since I am looking for an attorney who wants to get all the details and information about the case and shows at least a little bit of concern and compassion for what I am going through. What a jerk!
