2023 I would not recommend Rita Roberts. She was the attorney recently for an estate/probate home sale- we were the buyers of the house. The house should not have been for sale until the estate had at least began probate/estate setup process. I believe her client and us (the buyers) should have been told that a few weeks before finding out we couldn't close, not the week before. The office had the sales contract and our earnest money for almost 2 months before we were told we didn't have a legal contract due to the estate not being set up yet. You can't sell a home as an administrator unless you actually are the administrator and legally have the right to sell it. Her estate client signing as administrator before she was? Not the attorney's fault. The buyer spending money to buy a home that wasn't part of a LEGAL sale? We spent a lot of money for a house we were never had a legal contract to buy and her client, the seller, should have been advised not to be signing all that. I would have appreciated being told my contract wasn't legal somewhere in the beginning of the sale around the time my earnest money check went through her office. We would not have spent all that money on a home purchase without having a legal contract. Ms Roberts told me I'd need to consult an attorney about it.

Professional and diligent service. Lonnie always place his clients wants and needs as a top priority. Excellent experience considering such a difficult time! Would highly recommend for both criminal and civil cases.

The main thing about Kyle is he's a WINNER 🏆 THANKS BRO.!!! You got me child support!!! Big time!!! Second time never would call me back and was always out of the office. I mean it was like pulling teeth trying to get him. 99 percent of the time I felt like he was working for the other party. I think he was intimidated by a female attorney on the other side. I was really disappointed and very surprised that how he went from being top dawg to his head swelling and acting better than us. One day he will regret acting so high and mighty. In the end we all end up at the same place and our souls only go to either heaven and hell. No matter how great you are here on earth or how rich or poor you are. We all end up 6 feet under. Remember who you were and still are and who you will always be, because in the end nothing else matters but your family and friends and how you treated them. I wish you well brother, I really do.
