Honestly, I don't think these reviews are real. None of them describe how their credit score was affected by Safeport. That's unusual and senseless. I've been a client of Safeport and I have to say they are pushy and their agents aren't knowledgeable. I spoke with a young lady and she told me that Credit Karma uses Fico8 and Safeport Law assist with Vantage 3.0. Makes no sense!!! I'm trying to cancel because Safeport hasn't helped my credit score at all. I was hung up on three times and on hold for 25 minutes. I did not get a friendly agent who would go over and beyond. She wasn't rude, just disinterested. She place me on hold only to come back to the phone to tell me the care team would be in contact with me. Needless to say I'm waiting for that call. Update: CALL FROM MANAGER I received a phone call from the manager who seem greatly concerned after reading my original post. He reached out to me and offered accommodations to makeup for the my previous experience. The manager offered to contact me personally with an update.I truly appreciate that. Thank you.
