They have no back up staff to fill in when someone is out, meaning if you have a closing with them you could be waiting for over a week to get paid. Do not recommend agents and brokers to work with this firm. Also front desk has no idea what’s going on either.

I had Steve Pickens as my attourney about a year ago when I was wrongly injured and he is everything I could have asked for. He is completely trustworthy and reliable. I could always count on him to do his best work. He usually asks to get paid only if he wins rather than an hourly fee. I am so happy with my experience with Steve Pickens that I feel compelled to write this review which is not something I normally do. I cannot say enough great things about him and how hard working he is. In my experience with him I have never known him to lose a case. I would recommend Steve pickens to anyone that wants a lawyer that genuinely cares about them and puts everything they have into a case.
