It took almost 5 hours for closing. Only to sadly receive a call back a few weeks later and learn that the paperwork they had me waiting to resign... Had somehow gotten lost...🤯And now, they needed me to resign this same document for a 3rd time😔 Can we say team dismayed... Upon signing thus sed document... I later received yet ANOTHER email from the law firm regretfully informing me that "ANOTHER" document was somehow left out of my closing documents and they needed me to please sign THAT ONE as well🤦🏾‍♀️... My whole closing was handled so unprofessionally... I sadly didn't even feel like a client at this point... I just felt like a number. 💵 Dollar sign's to bring it home for yuh. No pun intended... It's sad when yuh become so money hungry that yuh forget how to treat people like what we are... which are human being's 😔 I'm just happy it's finally over and hoping I don't receive ANYMORE text's, email's, or phonecalls from them asking me to sign anything else. May 22,2021... I can not make these people up... They've just contacted me yet again to inform me that they'd forgotten to collect More money from me due the HOA on where I live having gone up from the prior year when the house was originally being built due to the house being started the year prior and finished this year they claim it was a mere over sight on their behalf to which they'd just caught when in fact, that was one of the main hold ups to begin with ... And now they want me to send them a check for $250 to cover their hiccup... I can't with these people.🤦🏽‍♀️😔 I just can't.... This is the worst experience of my life.

I am loan officer and have used McMichael and Gray for my closing previously. Their service and professionalism has gone down considerably. I had my own personal closing done there and was very disappointed.. will not be referring my closings to them anymore.. sad to lose a good law office. have tried to call them and no one picks up the phone either..

Will not return phone calls about settlement statement after closing. 9/29/20. update: Taxes collected at closing for county off by over 2000.00 dollars. Totally incompetent.

The moment you enter the office you feel special ! Several people waiting,all there for the same thing.But once you enter the private office ,with your attorney so it begins ! Step by step assure of the process, clear Procise , concise information.(with interjected appropriate needed humor ) Almost a year to the date of our closing I needed some assistance it was handled so quickly .I didn't expect the help I received after all this time. McMichael & Gray ,I highly recommended the firm.

I will never have a closing here ever again. It took a week for them to “overnight” my check. No response for days via email. No calls back to check in after closing regarding my commission check. In addition, they sent my check a week later to the wrong agent at a completely different brokerage. How could you possibly get that wrong after several emails stating the address and after speaking to someone at the front desk multiple times!

Attended a workshop about Lease Purchase Programs. Conveniently located, their hospitality was amazing towards their guest. The front office admin was a sweetheart, friendly and professional. I would do business with them as their customer service was impeccable!
