UNBELIEVABLE!!! After having had such an atrocious experience with another firm in Gainesville GA. finding and working with Zach Beck was absolutely a God send, literally. Professional, knowledgeable, very direct and forthright. They talk to you in laymen’s terms and explain everything to you, they do not try to rush you through like a cattle call. I literally learned more as well as spent more time via in Zach’s office, on the phone and through email than I received over four years with the previous firm. In addition, I had a complete and final document within two weeks where my previous experience took four years and it still was not complete. You will be so pleased with your experience here. I’d suggest you make the drive even if it’s a ways out versus settling, because in the long run you will end up having to redo your estate planing if you end up with such an incompetent attorney like I did the first time around and paying twice. However the peace of mind I now have is worth it!!!

Joel and his team are down-to-earth, kind people who are meticulous in their efforts to make sure that your estate planning considers many situations aside from your current circumstance. They were great about making sure we understood everything and didn't talk over our heads in legal jargon, They helped simplify what the laws were and the different types of planning available as well as what laws are in the works that would potentially affect a will in the future. They explained about how to care for the documents after they are recorded, which we also were clueless about. What invalidates your will etc. Working with The Beck Law Firm has been an unexpected joy and we have peace about our estate for our children and grandchildren. I promise you won't regret working with the The Beck Law Firm. It's one of the best things we've done!
