Really great firm and people to work with. Joel and Zach are very knowledgeable and were able to answer every question we had. They communicate with you when they start the draft of your will, and send everything to you for review. The signing process is very quick as they have everything prepared and ready for you when you arrive. They help you navigate instances you may not have thought of and they ensured our last will and testament were exactly as we wanted.

Joel Beck and his staff did a great job with our Trust/Will. We knew very little about Trusts, but did know that we wanted one and not just a Will. Joel explained the different kinds of Trusts and helped us select the one that best met our needs and requirements. Joel was very thorough: not only explaining the Trust, but explaining in detail how to get all of our assets in the Trust. Joel answered every question we had and brought many questions that we had not even thought of. The whole process took a couple of months because we did not rush it as we wanted to be sure that we were giving Joel correct information and all the information he needed. We were quoted a price up front and in the end that was the price we were invoiced (no add-ons or additional charges).

When we reached out to Joel Beck to help get our affairs in order (wills, durable power of attorney, trust and advanced directives) we had no idea of all the specifics we needed to consider.
