Lawyer Norman Cuadra is a man with a heart full of kindness, a great human, full of charisma and values. Fair, honest, that he loves and is passionate about what he does, his profession as a lawyer and he shows it in each of his cases. After a great search for Lawyers, God put me in the best hands, where I felt safe, confident, and I did not hesitate to ask him to take my Divorce case. My Divorce case was very complicated, but Norman, as a great professional, defended my son and me, with great dedication, skill, arguments, and intelligence. Mr. Cuadra represented.me in a criminal matter where I had been falsely accused of 3 violent felonies. I was facing 31 years in prison, and at my age (61) that is practically a life sentence. We went to trial and the result was not guilty on all 3 counts. Norman was a BEAST in the courtroom, articulate, decisive, and commanding. His cross examination of the prosecution witnesses was amazing, like watching a TV courtroom drama, and his closing argument should be taught in law schools. I hope I never need a criminal defense attorney again but if I do it will be Norman Cuadra.

Norm represented me in a very serious criminal case. Although the whole legal process took years, he had a concrete game plan based on his expertise. Mr. Cuadra is an excellent attorney. He not only recently helped us get our grandparent rights for our only grandchild, he has stuck with us and made himself available to us from the beginning of our legal problems with our grandchild (3 years!). I consulted with Mr. Cuadra when I received a notification that my daughter's (age 19) license was suspended due to an out of state (South Carolina) speeding ticket, that had been paid (which means you admit guilt). The laws for license suspension in the state of GA and the speed and corresponding point violations are different from State to State. Mr. Cuadra advised me how to find and hire a reputable attorney in South Carolina quickly, to reopen the case (you have a very limited window in which to do this). The case was successfully reopened, the initial charge vacated, the speed reduced sufficiently so that the license would not be suspended. Mr. Cuadra then assisted with getting the Georgia DDS to recognize the out of state court proceedings and out of state DMV charge to a lesser amount. He was instrumental in getting my daughter's license reinstated. Biggest lesson - Call Mr. Cuadra FIRST! before paying a ticket (admitting guilt) to know your options and decide your course of action!

Mr. Cuadra is by far the best lawyer you will ever find! He is an honest, kind, caring, genuine and trustworthy man. He is always available to help you through any situation; big or small, he cares about his clients problems. He knows the ins and outs of the law, and is ready to take on a challenge. I was involved in a custody case that was filed 5 hours away, even though I reside in Hall County, and it should have been filed here. I had to hire a lawyer down there to represent me, but she was terrible, rude, and only cared about money; not my son that had been illegally taken from my custody. Mr. Cuadra stood by my side, answering any question that my other lawyer avoided. When the case was transferred to Hall County, even though I had yet to receive my son back in my custody, I was relived because I knew with Mr. Cuadra representing me, everything was going to be okay. We are still awaiting the case to be refilled in Hall County, but Mr. Cuadra is already prepared for court! He has all the notes and files, has already looked over them, and is ready to fight for me at a moments notice. He is unlike any lawyer you will ever meet, I swear! He actually cares about what he is fighting for, he wants justice for those who deserve it. After dealing with the lawyer 5 hours away, I have never been more relaxed awaiting court. Even during the court proceeding out of town, Mr. Cuadra was my go to man. I would call him to make sure I knew what the law said about certain aspects of my case, what my options were, and many times I would ask him, “You are a dad, what would you do in this situation?” He gives the best advice out of any lawyer, counselor, or mentor I have ever met. His word might as well be the law, knowing that if I follow his advice, I will come out on top time and time again. He has never failed me or let me down in the slightest. I recently asked him to represent me in an area of law that he does not specialize in, and instead of saying yes and just taking my money, he directed me to another lawyer that he felt confident in taking on my case. However, I know he will be there whenever I need him to answer any question I might have. Out of all the lawyers I have hired, spoken too, and have met this past year, Mr. Cuadra is by far the most knowledgeable and warm-hearted; just the most amazing overall. I needed his confidence and sensibility to make it through the last few months. No matter what is on his schedule for the day, he always makes time to answer my questions and advise me, no matter how ridiculous my questions may seem. I have know of Mr. Cuadra since the late 90's. I hired Norman 15 years ago for a a serious criminal case. He presented a very good defense at trial, masterfull cross and great with our witness's, Protected my rights and due process. In the end he did a superb defense job, I was very pleased with his job and have recommended him to everyone I know with good results.

After I was wrongfully arrested and charged with a DUI and following too closely, I was terrified. I felt as though my life as I knew it was over.
