Mr Ryan Bramblett, Was the lawyer I had. When I meet the man for the first time I was sitting in jail with no bond. As of today my case is dropped. All because of the lawyer named above. As a added note when we where talking As he was telling me the good news. I had something that happened 2 me a few years back and, His mannerism of how he handled the case from start to finish and everything he did in between it's the reason why I'm coming to the guy with more business. The man is worth the price he ask in my opinion. Thank you sir for what you did. Sincerely, John Thomas

Huge thanks to Jarett Sliz and his Paralegal Karen Myers! Jarett took care of my husband's case faster than expected, with a better outcome than expected. We were both scared since this was the first time being in a situation like this. Huge thanks to Karen for always answering the hundreds of emails I sent her! It was definitely worth investing in a great attorney and his team. They also gave us a payment plan which was super helpful considering most criminal lawyers want the full amount from the start at least from what i have heard. If we ever need an attorney later on ( Hopefully not) haha we will definitely be contacting you guys again.Thank you Jarett and Karen for doing such a great job!

We hired Robert Bexley to help us with setting up non-profit organization. He initially gave us a free consultation and explained to us what is expected from us and what we should expect from him. More importantly, he explained the timeline for multiple options that we were considering. That really helped us to narrow down our options and we started working on the applications and getting all the required documents. After we started the application process, there was timely and regular communication which included what to expect next and when to expect. Knowing that helped us to work on what we needed for the next step of the application process. We were very pleased with the service quality, professionalism, communication and timely response. We really appreciate what you have accomplished for our organization (Harari Amana Foundation Inc. ).

Robert Bexley of Bexley & DeLoach, LLC has been so helpful to our nonprofit business since before we became a nonprofit! He’s so patient with all of our questions & somehow responds so quickly every time even though we don’t expect him too! When we got into a complicated legal situation with our old accountant & the IRS, he swooped in & saved us just in time. It was so scary, but he brought in his knowledge & experience & told us exactly what to do & we were able to resolve everything! WE CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH!

My husband and I both hired Rob a couple of years apart to do our separate business formations. He did an excellent job for us both and accomplished the tasks very quickly. I have recommended him to several friends who are also business owners, and everyone has raved about how professional, knowledgeable, and affordable he is. His wife and paralegal Whitney is wonderfully kind, responsive, and helpful.

I had read about Rick's fantastic rating before I had hired him for a major criminal case.He researched a lot about the specifics of my case and represented me very effectively. He did not promise me anything that was not doable and ensured that every single detail was carefully reviewed. I have great admiration for his legal skills as he successfully handled my entire case spanning over 6.5 years.

Mr. Ryczek did an excellent job for me delivering a great result in my case which could damage my whole life and professional career. His expertise together with his genuine care for the case and client and high intelligence saved me a lot of trouble. I highly recommend his service. Let me start by saying that I am international PhD student (under F1 visa) from Iran (which could unreasonably amplify the negative effects of any serious conviction on my immigration and education status). I was arrested by campus police officers at night, while trying to get something from my office. They stopped me for expired tag and after smelling marijuana from my car, they searched my car and did field sobriety test. Long story short, I was arrested and charged with 1) DUI-drugs 2) possession of marijuana (I only had 1 grams) 3) having alcohol open container 4) failure to signal. They also did a blood test after arrest. I should mention that although I was using marijuana a lot those days for sleeping and depression, my driving was not really affected as my tolerance had raised a lot. Since it was my first encounter with cops in US (and I hadn't really researched about my rights and how to interact with cops), I did an awful job (in my opinion) interacting with cops and I trusted them a too much. But they more or less lied to me and made my situation way worse than what really happened that night. Later on, I was very frustrated when I read the police report which was a surrealistic collection of lies. After bonding out, I immediately started to search for the best DUI lawyers in Georgia and interviewed some of the most known lawyers in the area, as this could affect my career and immigration status massively. Among all the lawyers, I felt more genuine concern about my case, beside being honest about possible outcomes and what he can do and after researching a lot, I realized he is an extremely well regarded and successful lawyer, and therefore the best choice for me. Let me mention for instance that there were another very famous lawyer with a lot of TV appearances, who not only wanted to charge me way more, but also were very pessimistic about the result. Rick did way better than what he was considering impossible! Throughout the procedure which took around 1 year, he used every chance to dismiss my case for various reasons, which showed to me how extremely knowledgable he is about the details of the law on this subject (once for prosecutors not filing the charges correctly, once for not giving us the blood test and cam video on time, once for the cop not showing up). Our requests did not work mostly because the judge was nice to the prosecutors, but I witnessed that Rick did push for a dismissal whenever it was possible. Finally after we received the blood test and the video, I realized that the active marijuana in my blood was quite high (0.9 when the limit for DUI in CO is 0.5) and the field tests were not as good as I previously thought. It was not awful, but definitely not good. So we started to cut a deal. One thing I realized was that it is very important for the lawyers to have good relations with prosecutors, judge and staff (for cutting deals) and Rick had this great as he was very friendly and respectful (and sometimes funny!) and so very much respected in the court. Finally we reached a deal that I was very happy with. They dropped the DUI/possession/open container charges (all drug/alc related charges) and I pled guilty to 1) failure to signal 2) reckless driving. Sentenced to 200 (for 1) and 600$ (for 2) fines (judge dropped 200$). Also a 1 year probation including random alc/drug tests, dui school, community service and Alc/drug evaluation. Rick requested the probation to be terminated after completing my conditions which was accepted. So since I had done all that stuff, after paying the fine on the same day, my probation was terminated and I put all of this big trouble behind! I highly recommend Rick's service!

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Lawrenceville, Georgia?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
