In 2015 ms.Levy represented my sister as a state appointed lawyer. My sister was 22 years old with a young child at the time. Ms.Levy promised to help my sister but she did not! My sister was in a car with a guy whom she didnt know had drugs the police pulled them over and searched the car and found .1 of cocaine in the car literally nothing! The guy said in front of the police if my sister would take the charge because she has a clean record. Before she had a chance to say yes or no the police officer said hes just going to take both to jail. Ms.Livey told me and my sister she was on her side and understood my sister was a manager and going to school. She said she would put the blame on the guy since he already had multiple drug charges. And my sister had never been arrested before this incident. The day of trial Ms.Levy strongly encouraged me to accept a plea deal for a marijuana charge even though there was never any marijuana! So since 2015 my sister has been stuck with this on record because of a careless lawyer! I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemies! I thought the point of being a lawyer was to help people who are actually doing the right thing! But obviously not! Some lawyers are just careless!
