I had a HOA dispute for an alleged violation that escalated to them filing a lawsuit against me. I contacted several attorneys-most of which said HOA cases were losing cases and the courts almost always ruled in favor of the HOA. Before Attorney Paul Andrew I had another attorney that dropped the ball and had to be replaced. Paul Andrew came onto the case late. Initially he was confident he could get a dismissal. He soon found out, he was dealing with a regime that threw roadblocks to stop a dismissal. At times they even tried to paint me in a negative light about things not related to the lawsuit, but he always made it clear, he represented me. After about six months of negotiations, He successfully got the case dismissed with positive outcome without going to court. His fees were fair in light of the $25.00 a day for fines most HOA charge. He’s Patient, is Gently Persistent and Respectful. Kudos to Attorney Paul Andrew for not being afraid to stand up for the underdog. It was great to have closure after battling with them for years.
