Amazing. If you’re considering - HIRE HER.

I really considered not writing this review as I am a firm believer that karma always does its job no matter how delayed. That said, everyone makes mistakes; however how she handled hers was appalling and ended up costing me a lot more. Requested communication continuously ignored which led to a bigger issue(one example, one of my first important updates was realized by me through an invoice she sent) , unapologetic and admitted wrong advice, lack of empathy(at one point I had to ask her if she had any children as it didn't sound like she did), unapologetic tardiness... I communicated my concerns and she ended up twisting information that should have been used in my defense against me. The alarming part was the information she was trying to use to defend herself also proved she wasn't paying adequate attention to the information she had been sent. Of course, billing was accounted for for going through the information. An Absolutely unbelievable experience. I will be glad to elaborate as her negative reviews are met with the claim of fake accounts, I experienced what those "fake" accounts claimed unfortunately. Crystal, as I mentioned to you, you do not run an Ice cream shop. You are trivializing matters that affect fathers, mothers and children currently and for years to come.

Mrs. Wright, made my family whole again. After 12 years of having my parental rights violated, paying unjustly child support in a share custody situation after a divorce, being threaten with jail each year, and lastly cruelly being severed from the bond I had with my 3 children. Mrs. Wright and her team put an end to my misery. As of today my child support was modified to reflect my true amount of support to be paid, but better than that is stating my visitation in detail, so that I can rekindle my close relationship with my children. I can’t thank Crystal enough for her straight forward , sharp and shrewd approach to my case. Crystal does more than get results , but she came with a genuine concern for my family and took the time to carefully study the previous mistakes from my prior “misrepresentation “ and made my case solid ! Mrs. Wright’s work is “PRICELESS” , and what she has afforded my children and myself , is more precious time together and money to care for my family properly. Hire her today ! Retain her it’s worth it! You will not regret it!

Crystal handled my divorce very professionally. Her empathy, care to detail, and positive energy really helped me through an emotional process. She is extremely knowledgeable and legally guided me to exactly what I expected. Unlike other attorneys that I’ve used in the past, Crystal had the same energy and high standard of professionalism throughout the entire ordeal.

Divorce is never easy. It can hurt you to your very core. But thank you Crystal for making an unfortunate situation livable. She prayed for me. She gave me the pros and the cons. she had the strength of character to be honest with me and in these times you really need that. I must ad--I NEVER WANT TO USE HER SERVICES AGAIN. I was referred to Mrs. Wright to resolve my dispute with a merchant in another state. After 8 months of fighting with the merchant and AMEX, I handed the matter to Crystal Wright Law. Once she took over it was only a few weeks and the merchant refunded the full disputed amount. Ms. Wright is wonderful and great at what she does. I hope to never need these services again but I do, she is my first call.
