From start to finish with each interaction so far I've had a really great experience. I appreciate the value and care they've taken with me. I appreciate the follow-up too.

This past year, I have been working with Michael Birchmore. He did not give any value in my case, nor have me progress within my case. I was trying to get full custody of my child after my ex physically abused him. Each time I explained to him what happened, my goals, and my wants, he would mess it up. Then turn around and have ME pay for HIS mistakes. I have wasted close to 13k because he did not want to show importance in my case. Not only that, did not advocate, represent, nor guide me in any way. He has NO VALUE. he takes your money and does nothing in return. DO NOT HIRE HIM AS A LAWYER. he will talk to you very slowly and about Fulton county that has NOTHING to do with your case but WASTE your time! Update October 21, 2022: this place will claim you as fake when you point out they are horrible all around. I saw some more comments on other peoples reviews too. I have all the emails and invoices from this office. Russell Taylor had also reached out to me a few months ago trying to make things “right.” Again, led no where. It’s infuriating that this company gets your money and then proceeds to say lies. IF YOU ARE READING THIS, GO FIND A DIFFERENT OFFICE AND ATTORNEY! Update may 10, 2024: my lawyer Candice Davis started working for this firm earlier this year after I had been with her for some time when she was with a different firm. If you go here, she’s the only one you want! You don’t want anyone else but her. She’s quick to respond, listens, understands, organized, patient, etc. the list goes on when it comes to Candice.

I would recommend that you stay away from this lawfirm. The intentionally overcharge you and Their services are intended to increase their billable, not to ensure you get the best possible result. There is no good faith with this firm. Update: these guys are also liars. They 100% have my information and just wants to claim it as a fake review. I stand by my review, STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. Addl Update: Recently they reached out and had a realistic and upfront conversation with me on my experience and what direction they are moving in. I appreciate this and honestly did not expect it. The fact that they took the time to do so and acknowledge what happened speaks highly to me. My experience was still bad with the lawyer I worked with, but knowing that they care and have taken steps to correct it goes a long way. I'm updating my review to reflect this.

I am in contact with the State Bar in regards to filing a complaint against Russell Taylor for legal malpractice. He took my money and then told me he was in over his head, and didnt know what to do, and dropped my case even though I gave him every detail during consultation. I even have a witness who was present at consultation to testify against Russell Taylor. That was the time to tell me he couldn't handle my case, not after he took my money. As far as I am concern, Russell Taylor needs to write off this inflated bill, release the lien filed against my property, and refund what I paid for legal services he did not render in my case. I do have a representative with the State Bar who will be moving forward with my complaint.

I worked with Russell Taylor as my lawyer and his expertise as a lawyer with also an accounting degree was critical in the positive outcome of my court case. I highly recommend Daniels and Taylor. Thanks, Michael

I came to Daniels and Taylor for a child child custody revision. Eugenia and Katie were amazing, they handled the case like true professionals. Even after some sincerely foul things were spoken to them by the opposing party, they stated the course. The case was settled as of Wednesday & now I can rest easy knowing I had a great team fighting in my favor.I truly appreciate them and will definitely recommend them to family & friends going through similar issues.

Short story. Many years ago I left a review here because I had a BAD experience. It was a honest review because of what I experience with one of their lawyers named John Smith. First time dealing with a lawyer and my last time. I was left scarred because I got taken advantage of. The worst part was losing my son to my ex. Today someone by the name of Russell Taylor emailed me. He made me aware of the changes to the firm and how he was trying to make it right with everyone that has had a bad experience. He wanted to mend our relationship...Can you believe that? A law firm trying to make things right? I couldn't believe it but what was more amazing was him reaching out and wanting to do what is right. Got me emotional because it open up some old wounds but he and his firm won my trust back. I will recommend this firm TODAY to anyone looking for counsel. Russell proved to me by reaching out to me even though he didn't have to. My bad experience was many years ago but I believe I would give this firm another chance if needed. Thank you Russell. I feel you were genuine and really care. I hope you keep that up even with a business to run. Remember we are all human and a law firm plays a huge part in our community and the outcome of an individual. And to top it off Russell promised to give me a partial refund. I'll be waiting for that in the mail. =) Glad you reached out.
