Daniels & Taylor has been amazing from the beginning. I have a crazy case and their guidance has helped me navigate this in the best way possible. Everyone has been incredibly helpful from the reception desk all the way to Mr. Taylor himself. Even though this is one of the worst experiences of my life they have been there to help make sure that it flows as smooth as possible. I can't thank them enough.

I have had the pleasure of having Stacy represent me in a criminal case. She was very diligent and kept me up tp date as my case progressed. She worked very hard on my behalf and got me a fair and just outcome. I would highly recommend Stacy for you criminal case needs. She is a nonstop machine, working hard for my needs. When my court day finally arrived, Stacy was prepared with all the necessary paperwork, jury questions, witnesses and worked with the solicitor to get the outcome we had discussed. I was extremely satisfied with her performance and would hire her again if needed.

The support staff at the office was wonderful, but let's face it, one retains an attorney for the attorney's services, not the staff. Our family's experience was dismal. Attorney Coates performed at the level of a first-year law student. For our retainer and then some, we got the equivalent of a glorified paralegal. Not that there's anything wrong with paralegals, but we paid to be represented by an attorney in a custody case. While her motions were mostly filed in a timely manner, she completely abdicated her duties when it came to representing our family in court. She barely opened her mouth, and did not even attempt to present the mountains of evidence she had us supply. Had she put up a valiant effort, I of course would still be upset that the outcome was not in our favor, but I wouldn't be left with the feeling of being royally worked over, without a kiss afterwards or dinner beforehand. Update: I'm amending my review and increasing my stars because surprisingly the firm reached out to my son with contrition. We were informed of the top to bottom changes that the law firm has undergone. While this doesn't change what happened to my son several years ago, he and I are both fair people. We don't believe in penalizing the firm's new attorneys and staff for what someone else (who has long been terminated) has done. From what I've ascertained, this firm has improved its game and increased its concern for clients. That's all anyone can ask for, an attorney that will fight for his/her clients.

I rated our experience with 5 stars. Not because the outcome was the best possible outcome, but because of the entire experience from start to finish. My wife and I were facing a criminal charge that we were shocked at even being charged with. Shocked or not, it was a felony charge and something to be taken very seriously. Through recommendations, we called several law firms trying to decide who should represent us. Most of the firms we met with seemed more interested in how much money we had and when we could get them their money. Tyler Moore showed a sincere interest and concern in our situation. He explained to us what we were facing and all of our options. After hiring him, he explained to us what was going on and what to expect next. As mentioned earlier, we had the best possible outcome. The case was dismissed and the arrest removed from the record. We realise this is a rather long review, but we hope you're still reading, because there is one more thing that we really think you should know. When we were done, because Tyler Moore is a criminal defense attorney, I almost told him that we hope we never meet him again. I didn't because we would like to consider Tyler as a friend who just happens to be a very good criminal defense attorney.
