I was in a car accident and reached out to LaGrone Law. I was very fortunate to be assigned to Melaney LaGrone. I was very nervous and naïve about the process. Melaney made sure that I understood the entire process and answered all of my questions. Whenever I reached out to her, she responded promptly and made sure that I knew where the case currently was in the process. She always kept me informed of any and all changes as they occurred. Melaney is a very detailed, ethical, and professional lawyer. The whole experience was easy because Melaney was on top of the situation and very informative of how to handle problems as they arise. I would HIGHLY recommend LaGrone Law for your legal representation needs.

While I liked Ms Sturges personally (she's pleasant, kind, positive), I did not like the way she handled my case. I was in an uncontested divorce and she took almost two years to settle. While she drug her feet, never answering my phone calls or emails, my ex took money and property from me that I was not able to get back and created debt in my name. When I signed the final paperwork she told me that she would send me a copy in a week or two after the judge signed off. A month later (she never contacted me and would not return my calls) I finally got in touch with her secretary and found out that the paperwork was never submitted to the judge and I still was not legally divorced. It took another three months. Also because she did nothing to help facilitate a meeting of the minds in our divorce, we had to hire an outside mediator and pay them to actually get anything done. I would've changed to a different attorney except I know that she would have not given me my retainer back. I was very disappointed throughout the process and she did not live up to the expectations that she set at our first meeting. She's nice but I had a horrible experience.

Lynn is an outstanding lawyer who worked effectively and efficiently to resolve our divorce. She provided outstanding advice and counsel, fought hard where appropriate, but also worked diligently to help us arrive at an equitable arrangement without excessive legal expenses. I would recommend her without any hesitation.

Lynn was wonderful to work with! I have known her for years and trusted her completely with handling a very private and emotional situation for me. She acted as a counselor and friend throughout the process and made everything easy and painless and resolved my uncontested divorce very quickly. She truly cares about her clients and has our best interests at heart. She is an amazing person, inside and out. I love her dearly and would highly recommend her to others.

Lynn was not only my attorney; I felt like she was partnering with me through out the process. She is a bulldog in the court room and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a true advocate.

This review it not meant to hurt or attack Lynn Sturges but to protect those whom she may take advantage of. Wow. Where to start. Oh yes, Lynn Sturges a Thief. After doing only the minimum amount of work on my sister's case and avoiding all attempts to contact her, Ms Sturges kept the full $2000 retainer that I paid for my sister. From what I can tell, she made a total of 3 phone calls, including the intake (which was free), and she read one document. Even the opposing counsel's lawyer was complaining that he couldn't reach Ms Sturges. Since I am going through a divorce myself currently, I have an idea of what a good lawyer would do and how much it should cost. Ms. Sturges is neither a good lawyer nor a fair one. Never have I dealt with a lawyer who is as shady as this one is. I wish you the best if you are already in the position of having Ms. Sturges as your lawyer. Ms. Sturges had no issues with sending confidential emails about my sister's case directly to my email, but as soon as I asked her to send me a general description of what work she had done on my sister's case, she refused and said that it was confidential.

Lynn has been incredible with my custody case. After years of alienation, I am now a bigger part of my sons life. If you truly want what is best for your children she will guide you to a solution that works for all parties. I highly recommend her.

Outstanding Family Lawyer: Unfortunately, I have had the pleasure of using Lynn Sturges three times and I am a grateful to say that all three times were pleasant and successful. One was a divorce case and the other two times were for child custody. Ms. Struges was very professional and had a great attitude while working with me. Ms. Sturges was never pushy but she made every effort to understand me, and the particulars of my situation. Ms. Sturges allowed me to express my belief and built her case around what I was expecting. Ms. Sturges was very professional and patient with me and allow me time to think through all my decisions and was there every step of the way through the process. Ms Sturges also did a great job at making me feel comfortable and if I was unsure about anything, she took the time to explain. I would highly recommend using Ms. Sturges for your family Lawyer, she is a great person and understands her profession very well.
