I contacted this office for help in step-parent adoption. We decided to move forth with my husband adopting my son from a previous relationship. Everyone in this office was an absolute pleasure to work with from the receptionist answering calls to Christine Scartz and her paralegal Jennifer. They walked us through the entire process step by step and treated us as a friend rather than just a client paying their fees. Very personable and friendly as well as honest and upfront! We are happy to say the adoption was granted by a judge on September 8, 2014! It was not a quick process but well worth the time involved!

Staff in front office is great, I worked with Mark Hill on all my cases and he was the man! When I first walked in and meet him, you could tell he was gonna be a pleasure to work with. Mark was direct and he wanted to figure out exactly the best way to help me win my case or in one case keep my license. My lawyer was very nice and explained things to me in a clear manor. Our first paralegal was both sick (bad cold) and about to leave the firm. She forgot to have us sign some papers. We sent in the signed papers, but in the transition they were lost for a few weeks. Someone finally found them and things proceeded fine after that. I wasn't happy with the 3 week delay.
