I paid him 800 to show up to court was late and they had to reschedule and then when I took my sentence for work release he said he would file for a motion for sentence modification when I completed have my time when that time came he was no we’re to be found and I had to pay another lawyer to provide that service

Mr Booker does have a heart and caring and passionate and I have hired Mr Booker now 3xtimes and he's the only understands our my family and what we are going through.most of all doesn't charge you as others lawyers do and understands you are human being that makes mistakes.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I found Mr. Kim to be the utmost in professionalism. I was looking for a traffic attorney and found Mr. Kim after doing an internet search. I was rear ended last year and was pushed into the car ahead of me, and received a citation for following too closely, and needed somebody with me at the arraignment. At first we discussed getting the charged reduced, and pay the fine, but that would have gone on my driving record and would possibly effect insurance rate. After learning that both the driver I hit, and the driver that hit me stated I was at a complete stop on the police report, he said there’s no way I should have been ticketed. He agreed to take my case, and felt so strongly about it he said he’d not charge me for a second trip if we had to go back for a bench or jury trial. Before court began he was able to talk to the District Attorney, who agreed I should not have been charged, and dismissed the case. After court he told me that he spent the hour drive time to court formulating a “battle plan” just In case we had to go back for a trial. This is the man you want to go to “battle” for you!!

Attorney Kim was beyond personable, professional, transparent, and thorough. I contacted him for my fiancé who had a warrant for criminal trespassing. We were living out of the state of Georgia and trying to move to GA so my fiancé could be with his son following the death his mother. Philip Kim is a great guy and doesn't charge nearly what he could for his service. He cares about his clients, their rights, freedom and especially future. I called around to 20+ attorneys and of course did my research first. Right away Mr. Kim and i were on the same page, and he was the only one i talked to that i felt truly cared. Mr. Kim was able to get my shoplifting charge dropped from my record without having first offender available and even being denied pre-trial diversion. At least give him a call!!!! Philip Kim was an excellent help with great results. He was very informative and seemed to genuinely connect to our situation. When I got a speeding ticket in a 40 going 65 I was stressed out from all the possible outcomes that could happen. Best Traffic ticket Attorney Philip did way more than I expected, dropped my traffic tickets to minimum and I didn’t go to jail, my previous lawyer just wasted my time and money and kept on torturing me court appearance but with Kim, I never went to court, in less than 2 days, the case was dismissed and he is affordable, flexible payment plan. Atty Kim really helped me out. I had a warrant for a misdemeanor charge from years ago that I did not know much about. He was able to get the information about the warrant and help me when every one else said that they was not sure what to do but for me to come down and turn my self in. I had never lived in Georgia and had never had a criminal record before. He was able to get the warrant dropped so that I can get married and go on my honeymoon! He stayed in touch with me and let me know all avenues he was trying to pursue, whether they were successful or not.
