Mr. Philip Kim is an exceptional attorney and has my utmost trust. His staff is phenomenal and keeps his clients informed of the process throughout a case. I cannot recommend anyone better than him for a defense lawyer.

Consumers be aware. This attorney took my friend's case and said he would file a motion to modify his sentence. My friend paid 60% of the fee as his resources are limited while in jail. After the payment, I couldn't get in contact with this attorney. The attorney made claims that my friend would not be taken out of the local jail and sent to prison as he was talking to the DA about keeping him in the local jail while waiting for the case to be heard. After verifying that nothing was filed after having this case for 1 month, my friend was taken to prison. I am extremely upset as my friend is due credit and would be out walking around now. But thanks to no communication from this attorney, my friend was taken to prison and my friend will not be able to have contact with anyone for at least 1 month.

I highly recommend anyone facing a traffic violation to hire Mr. Kim as their lawyer. I was facing a probation violation for the same charge that landed me in probation in the first place which led to a huge concern. I was a nervous wreck and I didn’t know who to hire as my lawyer or what to do. Luckily, I was referred to Mr. Kim by my boyfriend who had great success with Mr. Kim in HIS OWN case. Although Mr. Kim couldn’t guarantee me a certain or specific result, the whole way through, Mr. Kim gave me the peace of mind that I was in good hands and reassured me that he’d help me the best he could. I started off expecting the worst but Mr. Kim made me feel confident in him and that everything would turn out fine, if not much better than what I expected. I was able to relax for the few weeks I had up until my court date thanks to his support and advice.
