I would recommend Mr. Starkey, & I would recommend Hilliard Starkey Law. I have looked and heard of all the different attorneys on tv, but through word of mouth I heard of Mr. Starkey and I am very very satisfied with my personal injury claim, I have no complaints. Staff was extremely great and consistent. Hopefully, I won't ever have to go through anything like this again but if I do I would definitely hire Mr. Starkey to represent me again.

Mr. Starkey represented me in a Debt Dispute Matter where he took "head on" a big law firm out of Washington D.C. that was collecting on a student loan allegedly owed to my old college. The amount attempted to be collected was egregious, erroneous and over-stated. If I remember correctly the alleged debt was for $12,000.00 plus dollars. I knew I did not owe that amount but did not have the paper trail to prove it exactly. I was certain I would have to file bankrupt. I knew there was a certain small portion of the debt that was actually owed but no where near what the law firm was trying to collect. Mr. Starkey actually filed suit under a Federal Statute known as the FDCPA and was able to resolve the case where my entire debt with my old college was resolved without me paying a penny. Mr. Starkey made no promises except that he would work hard to resolve the matter favorably. He did that and plus more and I avoided a certain bankruptcy filing.

Mr. Starkey is presently representing me in a significant legal matter. His services are superb and his attention to detail and manner of informing me and keeping me updated with the status of my case is second to none. While the matter of my representation is significant and is stressful I am relieved to know that I have an advocate that is truly representing my interests.
