I initially chose this office because of the awesome reviews left by other consumers. Unfortunately, I’m not having the best outcome when it comes to service. I haven’t heard from anyone working on my case in months. I’ve called numerous times. I’ve been told this and that person would call me back...and nothing. I’m left in limbo wondering about access to medical services, compensation, etc... The only contact information I have is the front office desk. I don’t have the information to even email the person working on my case. This place just seems a bit unprofessional... I wish I would have chosen a different firm.

I would call or email and not get any responses to find out the attorney I had was no longer with the firm nothing was sent in the mail until I expressed my unhappiness. Once Paralegal Detra Mitchell got assigned to my case things started improving and I felt like I was priority. Let me say every time I called or emailed Detra she was always prompt and very helpful. She made sure I understood each process and step. She kept me informed on everything. I really appreciate all her hard work and dedication to my case. I recommend Detra to be on anyone case. She's compassionate and gives you her undivided attention. Attorney Maxwell was helpful. I was in an accident in 2018. First, I would like to thank God for allowing me to live and second, thank God for Forrest B. Johnson and associates. After my accident, I had to be hospitalized. Once released I had accumulated many doctor and hospital bills. FBJ and his associates made sure all these bills were paid off. They really care and are dedicated to satisfing their customers. The staff act like they either don't know how to do their jobs or dont want to do it. So I'm going with another firm who is willing to take care of me.
