Thorough and timely

Horrible. My lawyer didnt return my calls, half way did a poor job defending me and then closed the case without even talking to me. I lost my ability to file an appeal because of the sorry job my lawyer did.

I previously called about obtaining info. But the receptionist was short, rude, and acted like I was bothering her cellphone time. I was under the impression that law firms wanted customers. If their receptionist is the initial face of the company and reflects their customer service I wouldn't recommend calling this firm........even took them a year to respond to a review ....IN A TIMELY MANNER....LOL

My experience with Mr. Sanders and his team in Macon was phenomenal. I was stressed to the core and Mr. Sanders and his team put me at ease with my situation and handled everything! Sylvia was my go to person and she was so lovely to work with and on point with all my needs! Even during covid I felt safe and at ease during my visits. Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough about the wonderful people at this Law firm. I went through a debilitating accident at my place of work and a horrible time immediately afterward. Mr. Thomas Herman and his staff were so kind to me, and so giving of their time. They helped me through a very rough time in my life. My employer lied to the insurance company about my limitations and were not going to pay me lost wages when my doctors said I was not to do basically anything. Mr. Herman took over and made sure I received care and compensation, and in the end I received a fair settlement. I would highly recommend this Law firm for any needs you may have. The ladies that handle the reception desk and the workload are amazing! They were like family but also gave my case the professionalism it deserved. I have worked as a paralegal for some high powered lawyers so I think I'm qualified to give a more accurate review. Attorney Hill is professional, honest, caring, the list goes on... He will call you personally to answer questions, is very patient and walks you through all your options.
