Thanks, didn't get the outcome I wanted, but I was told the truth. Jack McCall took really good care of me, my family and our concerns. Thank you. CBC

What can I say. I worked for 7 years total up to today, never had a speeding ticket or anything derogatory. During the seven years, I worked two years academia, 3 years at one Air Force base and lastly two years at the one that brought me face to face with the shaytan. During my last two years I experienced horrific and ultimate racism by my first line supervisor.
In end I reported her and was ultimately retaliated against and had derogatory comments filed on my security clearance.
I couldn’t find a job for at least a year. In the beginning I had actually hired a lawyer from a foundation but they proved to be either inexperienced or daunted.
By the grace of God I came into contact with Mr. Ken Barton , of Macon Georgia, and within one week of filing a federal suit, I not only get my clearance back but started a new job the following week.
He is also handling another case in which a hiring manager, “mistakenly “, cc’ed me in an email and mentioned to the ceo that he doesn’t trust me because of my Muslim name and the fact that I was African American. All of this while his company is a recipient of federal dollars to fund their projects.
If you want a lawyer you that’s going to fight for your interest, contact Ken Barton.
