I can certainly say that it was indeed a pleasure speaking with Mr. Ricks of Nelson & Smith Attorney At Law. He was very clear and thorough with his answers on all of my questions about the situation we discussed. Although I was vague he was still patient and understood. He advised me that he would help if he could and if not he would refer me to someone who could. I commend him on all of his great works. I'm glad that he remembered me from my previous times. I contacted my friend and she is looking forward to speaking with him on the matter at hand and thanked me for it.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to wait their time here I was told to come here for a work injury I hate little to no time with Blake he wouldn’t call or half pick up his phone nor call me back he help my workers Comp case for 3 years and did nothing then he drop my case with no reason nothing just dropped it and me not know there was a only a year on worker comp cases I tried getting another lawyer and no one wanted to touch the case because Blake held it for so long and did nothing at all... So from the looks of it I lost out on everything because of this man and I’m left in the dark this was the worse being hurt on my job and not being able to receive justice for neither my foot or being in the dark for 3 years about a case he couldn’t help me with so thanks for nothing Blake I hope you feel good about yourself

Mr. Ricks was awesome! Worked really hard to get results from the insurance company. He went above and beyond and got back more than expected. Very friendly and always kept me informed on what was going on. Would definitely recommend Nelson & Smith. They are amazing! Thank you Mr. Ricks!
