I had a case that I did not know was even a case. I called Ken after researching on google for employment discrimination lawyers and I made the best decision of my life. Ken is the absolute best lawyer and person in general! He kept me updated on everything that was going on through the years on the case and I appreciated it so much because law suites can be stressful but he knew just how to keep me calm. What can I say. I worked for 7 years total up to today, never had a speeding ticket or anything derogatory. During the seven years, I worked two years academia, 3 years at one Air Force base and lastly two years at the one that brought me face to face with the shaytan. During my last two years I experienced horrific and ultimate racism by my first line supervisor. In end I reported her and was ultimately retaliated against and had derogatory comments filed on my security clearance. I couldn’t find a job for at least a year. In the beginning I had actually hired a lawyer from a foundation but they proved to be either inexperienced or daunted. By the grace of God I came into contact with Mr. Ken Barton , of Macon Georgia, and within one week of filing a federal suit, I not only get my clearance back but started a new job the following week. He is also handling another case in which a hiring manager, “mistakenly “, cc’ed me in an email and mentioned to the ceo that he doesn’t trust me because of my Muslim name and the fact that I was African American.
