Jarome represented us in a very difficult wrongful death case. He kept in communication throughout the case with us, and was tenacious in dealing with several unexpected difficulties that came up in the litigation. He and his staff were courteous and prompt in responding to me, and it is very clear they put their clients first. We are extremely happy with the result he and his team obtained for us.

Mr. Gautreaux recently came to speak with the Mercer Pre-law Society, and we had a great experience dealing with him and his staff. He and his staff were always very cordial, professional, and helpful. Through talking to him about his practice, it was evident that he cares a great deal about his clients and the community. He also has an impressive litigation record, having successfully recovered for his clients even in very difficult malpractice cases. Jarome and his staff represented us in a medical malpractice suite. They treated us like family and were willing to help us any way possible. Jarome was very professional and thorough investigating our case. He made sure we were informed all through the process. Jarome was well prepared and very professional in his presentation to the jury at the trial. The jury was impressed by his presentation of our case and awarded us $500,000.
