Mr. Cabe was very responsive and helpful in a case involving my wife. She had to appear in Monroe County Superior Court only 3 days after receiving notice of a legal charge being filed against her. Wife was very traumatized and upset over the whole issue but Mr. Cabe quickly built a response and got her prepared. He is the only attorney I have ever worked with where we were exchanging text and email info still at midnight before the day of court appearance. With his timely help and professional response we were able to get the charge dismissed. While the whole matter was baseless I shudder to think what could have happened to my wife in court without proper preparation and representation. He definitely saved her with little time to prepare.
