Would love feedback about your CSR and policy to help those who are attempting to clear a debt. Your systems aren't set up to help the customers you serve and seems to be set up to make money on trivial fees. Very disappointed and frustrating for those wanting to pay you.

Mr. Goodman was a blessing to me! I had given up on trying to receive my disability. He was on Law Calls one Sunday night and I decided to contact him. I did not have to wait weeks for him to call me, he was ready and available to assist the week I called. Through the entire process, he and his team was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding. They articulated everything step by step on the level where I could understand it. I get you have a job to do but it is incredibly disheartening to receive letters in the mail that you are coming after a person for a debt when they are on disability.
