I had a horrible experience. I was hoping I would receive a survey after my dealings with M&M but I hadn’t as of yet. My case manager Charlie Loggins was terrible at communicating. I didn’t hear from her unless I called her, and majority of the time, she didn’t pick up and called me back after a few days if that. Overall not happy with my cases’ outcome, and will not recommend M&M; and neither will I use them to represent me in the future!

Not a good experience at all. When calling the department that handles complaints they dont call you back. I’m not going to get into specifics about my complaints but it was a horrible experience for me during this case. The firm made out with more money than myself after closing statements.

Hannah and Adaline are so helpful, always checking on us and willing to assist in questions I have outside the case. Hannah is so experienced and is very comfortable in sharing her experience and giving great advice. What should be a stressful situation is definitely make a smooth process with the help of these ladies.
