This is the first chance I've had to praise Morgan and Morgan for all their hard work. In April 2019 I was hit by a distracted driver and launched out of my daddy's Park Ave, over a guard rail, upside down pants down to my knees literally hanging in a tree. Broken hip. 5 broken ribs and probably should have been dead. When I healed enough to start looking for a lawyer I found out the hard way that not all the adds you see on TV are what they claim they are. Out of all Montlics, and Nugents or strong arms the ONLY firm that would even look at my case was Morgan and Morgan!!! They believed in me and my case and finally the truth comes out. It wasn't my fault and I deserved compensation for my injury's and my vehicle. Well here it is three days shy of my 4 year anniversary of that accident and as my luck would have it Easter Sunday I was almost killed again this time just a broken sternum and another totalled vehicle. Can you guess who I called immediately?? That's right, people you can honestly trust that they're doing your biding for you. Best decision I ever made and thank God they're helping me again. While the proprietor, John Morgan I “believe” may be earnest and likely “ “assumes” the people who work for him has his same client commitment , (he responded to my voicemail) the office in Macon is the farthest from his vision…. I had a case manager who was profoundly dismissive, an attorney I NEVER spoke to nor do I know his name… I think a generic email came from him right after I signed some papers ( locking me into a contract from which they couldn’t be terminated I “presume”). But that was it. On top of it all, they take 40% of your claim. The practice manager knocked mine down to 35% because of my horrible case manager, but there was no attempt to collect on “anything” beyond what the minimal Georgia Limits allow ( 25k)… I still have numbness in my fingers, which is of concern to me as I am a dental surgeon, but they weren’t in the least bit concern with my injury… just got what they could get with minimal effort and cut me loose. I would have been better served with a smaller firm or individual attorney. Bigger is not always better. Sometimes it means u don’t give a damn…
