I have only great things to say about the people at Power's Law Group! Adam and Jeff took care of everything I needed and on numerous occasions before I knew I needed it. My calls were always answered and returned within minutes. Every problem I had with the insurance company was resolved the same day, most of the time within less than an hour of making a call to the office. I never had to call and ask for an update because they were always several steps ahead. Adam always made plenty of time for me when I went in for a meeting. He was attentive and genuinely interested in my future. I never felt as though I was being persuaded to make decisions that benefitted anyone other than myself and my family. I was provided all of the information needed and they were there for any advice I required to make an informed decision. Ultimately, we reached a settlement that was very beneficial to me and my family in a difficult time. The entire office staff was a pleasure to work with. They were always prompt and professional. They knew who I was and the reason for my visit from the moment I walked in the door. I always felt as though my comfort was the only thing on their mind. I wanted to post this review because I called them to schedule our first meeting after reading their reviews on Google. I was hoping the reviews I read were an accurate assessment of what could be expected and I can honestly say that they exceeded my every expectation.
