A very welcoming place and they seem to be good at what they do

By far the worst and most disgusting customer service phone attendant on planet earth. My husband received papers from Jennifer N. Haskins office concerning his deceased brother's estate. He called the attorney's office to ask a question concerning the paper work, and was told by the phone attendant that the info he received by mail is self explanatory and if he had questions; he should ask the family member that they are representing. He was also told that he could sign the paper work or he don't have to sign it. After hearing this rude comment by the attendant over speaker phone; I, his wife asked if I could speak with her in order to get a better explanation. We were told that we were not going to call her this early in the morning to speak with her this way. She then hung up the phone. We called back several times and she continued to hang up. Profanity or abusive language were never used by my husband or myself. If you are too impatient and inconsiderate to answer questions for callers; you are in wrong business.

Excellent and knowledgeable probate attorney. Very professional and helpful in a difficult time. Her office was recommended by my attorney, and I gladly pass along the same recommendation!
