They didn't send out a third party representative who only schedule appointments & have you sign a contract before you even know who you are being represented by. It has been my privilege to work with Kathy McArthur as a fellow attorney across the past thirty years on a number of very complicated cases, especially in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, and civil rights. But the expertise of Kathy, and the other members of her firm, doesn't stop there. They are proficient in every manner of personal injury case, including car wrecks, premises liability, and worker's compensation In short, the McArthur firm is a "full service" personal injury firm, and because the insurance companies know Kathy isn't afraid to try a case to a verdict, they value her cases accordingly. She scores five stars in every category!

Questionable reviews. This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, honesty and human kindness. The entire staff is untrustworthy from the top to the bottom. They are careless, engage in deception, to gain clients. They require the clients to do their own work, while they get paid top dollar for wok never performed. It's the oldest trick in the book. Be careful dealing with this law firm. Check behind every word they tell you. I do not recommend this cruel and bias law firm.
