I rarely leave 5 STAR reviews but, Sara Kayser is AMAZING!!! She was so proactive in keeping me updated on my case that I never once had to call her. She checked on my health progress more than anything. Making sure my back was okay, which meant a lot to me being my number one concern. After numerous phone conversations I finally had a chance to meet Sara during an office visit. She was so delightful and personable, we even found a common love of food. When my settlement came she notified me immediately and made sure I got my check the fastest way possible. I can truly say being a young driver, who never had been in an accident, nor any insurance of her own... Sara made my experience smooth, easy & memorable :)

I got into a work accident back in May 2019 and was preferred to Morrison and Hughes for my workers comp case to a lawyer here by the name of Mr.Paul Jenkins. Was by far the best lawyer I could’ve got for this type of case I mean he was amazing from day 1 with making sure all my concerns with appts anything doctor related he made sure he got it done. Now we have approached the end and he got me more than a fair settlement in my case and I could not be happier with his services I recommend anybody who come across this firm with a worker’s compensation case Paul Jenkins is your MAN.

I had a very involved and emotional case. There wasn't anything about it that was typical. Paul went above and beyond his responsibilities and displayed a dominating knowledge of the law and of my rights as a worker. My case settled for well above my expectations and I am grateful for not only their expertise but their understanding and warmth. I wish there was another star to give.

Tristan Morrison not being honest is one thing, but to be offered money, by Tristan, to change my initial truthful review of him to a dishonest one, in his favor, is downright despicable! The email Tristan sent is attached! After 2 and half months of not receiving the truth, not receiving my mileage checks, and being sent to an incompetent doctor, of Tristan's choice, who NEVER treated my back, I chose to leave Morrison & Hughes. For 7 months, after he was NO LONGER my attorney, Tristan still continued taking 25% of my weekly checks and put a lien on my case for $9,999.00 of my final settlement. When my settlement did not yield the $9,999.00 that Tristan wanted, he took $375.00 away from my current attorney, who NEVER took a dime from my checks, was ALWAYS honest and upfront, and made sure that I received the highest possible medical care! Contrary to what Tristan wrote in his email, the best decision I made was when I left this firm! **GOOGLE really needs to allow a zero stars rating, because that's exactly what this one would be! I would not recommend this firm and hope this review will save anyone else from the self centered, ego maniac that I have dealt with in Tristan Morrison!

When I hurt my neck at work and needed complex surgery that Workers' Comp refused to pay for, I didn't know where to turn. Attorney Paul Jenkins at Morrison and Hughes proved to be a godsend to me. He convinced a top notch surgeon to see me weeks ahead of all his other patients. If Mr. Jenkins had not been so aggressive and strategic, I would have been paralyzed from the neck down! This entire law firm puts people first. Mr. Jenkins handled my case like a true pro. He even pushed to get me my settlement check before I lost my home! It's like he saved my life not once but twice! If you have a serious work accident, don't waste time calling all around. This is the only team of lawyers you need working for you.
