Ben Smith is AMAZING, he delivered results FAST! I was arrested in Cobb county on a Wednesday for violating my probation I had a hold with NO BOND. I hired Ben Thursday he came and visited me that day! and I was OUT OF JAIL by the next Wednesday! My initial court date was 1 month away, the court calendar was full and Christmas was approaching fast! Ben got me out and I DIDN’T even have to see a judge! Just like that, I was home with my kids for Christmas!!!!! I’m forever greatful for him! Ben IS THE BEST!!!! ~ Tanisha

I hired Ben based on his impressive background. Unfortunately, his performance did not meet the expectations. He contantly for victims and witnesses confused which led me to believe he did not give the necessary attention to my case. I never had a scheduled appointment that did not get rescheduled do to his calendar. His paralegal also stated stipulations that I was supposed to follow on probation when my case was not even indicted yet. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Went way beyond what I expected. Very knowledgeable,explained everything so I could understand. Great results! I would highly recommend him for any criminal matter!
