Absolutely all of the above!!!!!!!!! Cheryl Champion and her legal team handled my case with class, compassion and professionalism. My situation was a custody matter that was detrimental to the future and wellbeing of my twelve year old daughter. Cheryl excepted my case knowing I was working with limited finances. She was very upfront, honest and fair. Cheryl and her assistant Liz kept me informed as my case fell right in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic. Together, their communication made me feel as if I was their sole client. Liz was very knowledgeable and could answer many of my questions. For the questions that only Cheryl could answer, her follow up response time was always reasonable. When the time came to have my case heard before the court, witnessing Cheryl was poetic. Her delivery style was eloquent. She knew when and how to seize each and every moment to fully present my case. It was clear that Cheryl had many years of experience in the courtroom. Her confidences and familiarity gave me the confidence I needed to speak before the court. Cheryl has forever changed the life of my daughter and me.

Cheryl came highly recommended. Our grand children had been with us off and on for several years. She was able to help us obtain legal custody of our grand children after being told by several other attorneys we couldn't do so. After having custody of our grand children for a year, we then decided to adopt the children in order to provide them with a stable home life. Our case was very unique. It ended up going to trial. I was proud of Cheryl. She showed much professionalism and was very knowledgeable with the case law in our matter. I must say , It speaks volumes when the judge ask your attorney to prepare certain documents. I don't like saying that we won our case. It wasn't about winning or losing. But, the judge terminated parental rights and granted the adoption. The other attorneys involved, bailiffs, clerks, court reports, etc. all told Cheryl what a good job she had done. Cheryl and her staff went above and beyond to do countless hours of research. We were never promised anything. However, we were able to sleep at night knowing that Cheryl and her staff were doing everything to help us. Cheryl and her staff truly care about their clients. Our family and our children are grateful for all the hard work and dedication of Cheryl Champion White and her staff.

Cheryl guided me through a very long, emotionally draining custody dispute with my ex, who was trying to out-spend me in the hope that I would give into his demands. Not only did she defeat my ex and his attorney, but proved that not only am I "fit," but that his claims were without merit and our child is better served living primarily with me. She was able to get an increase in monthly support to a fair and reasonable amount, and I was also awarded a portion of legal fees because Cheryl was able to counter every single one of his arguments. She, along with her paralegal, were very organized and diligent and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. In fact, I have passed her name along several times already.

Cheryl took my case after I had met with 3 attorneys across 2 states. My ex-husband filed for divorce in FL where he had established residency, even though we had been married in GA, raised children here, had property here and were residents of the state of GA for 18 yrs. Cheryl managed to reach a "global" agreement across 2 states by working with the opposing attorney to reach an amicable settlement. She was always professional, knowledgeable and exhibited empathy for the emotions surrounding a divorce situation. She always kept me informed of issues in a timely fashion and explained the proceedings prior to our mediated divorce. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce because of her extraordinary ability to communicate the issues at hand and handle difficult personalities with the utmost professionalism.

She did nothing but write useless letters, filed useless motions and charged us over $10,000.00 in less than six months. Like the other reviews of her. She is more focused on fighting than resolution. We also have found her to be underhanded and not a trustworthy person. Her tactics and advice only ran up our bill and forced us to seek other counsel. I do not recommend using her for anything. She has already lost her license once. She should lose them again and not get them back.

Bottom line: I lost all trust based on the tactics and advice to do things that were less focused on effective resolution and more on fighting - the result was a lot of wasted time and a lot money.
