If you’re a first time offender, I wouldn’t recommend Melvin Nash. I used him between 2020 and 2021. If I had gone with my gut, I’d of saved a lot of money. I was a first time offender and he did for me what a court appointed lawyer could have done for a few hundred bucks, for $5000. I only ended up paying $4500. Whenever he spoke to me he would say to stay off of dope (marijuana), because of failed tests, but I was pregnant and no longer smoking. I passed the test for the court house so I’m not sure why I kept failing the tests at the place he sent me to. He was just rude honestly. His assistant handled majority of the work while he rarely spoke with me. This is obviously just my experience and doesn’t mean another would have the same, but I just thought I should share.

Mr. Sam Nash is great. He helped me get through a silly situation that shouldn't have warranted a traffic citation at all. He's pretty low maintenance, but that's because he understands the process. 3 or 4 quick emails following our first and only intro call and he was able to do exactly what he said he would do. Recommended.

Please hire Melvin Nash. As a first time offender, I hired two other attorneys before Mr. Nash. As promised, Melvin got my felony case dismissed. He is well respected, professional and understanding. My husband and I are very grateful for Mr. Nash and his staff.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, this morning they called to confirm this time. I arrived 15min early and I’ve officially been waiting 1 hour 40min PASSED my scheduled time. Very inconvenient considering I drove An hour and 30min to this office. The parking is awful, we had to park off site due to this issue, & the receptionist is also very rude and unhelpful. Mr. Melvin himself is also very rude. I wouldn't Recommend coming here
