When you need the best outcome, Phillip Holloway is the attorney you hire. From the first meeting to the conclusion of my case, he and his team (a special thanks to Stephanie Mize, Paralegal) work vigorously to achieve the absolute best outcome. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and took all of the burden and stress out of my life so I could focus on life at hand. I owe him a debt beyond just navigating the legal process and getting my case dismissed. He and his team truly care about their clients and his help goes far beyond just legal representation. He played a key role in my recovery from substance abuse and for that, I am eternally grateful.

The legal process can be frustrating and, quite frankly, scary. Although my case kept getting rescheduled due to court system, Mr. Holloway's office was prompt in contacting me and keeping me up to date as to my case. I was facing a license suspension for speeding and improper lane change and was going to have 6 points put on my license, being under 21 as well. Mr. Holloway represented me in court and he assured me he would be able to save my license. On the court date Mr. Holloway contacted me after and had notified me that the improper lane change ticket was dismissed and my speed of 25 over (mandatory license suspension under 21) was reduced to 14 under (no points) just a fine. I would highly recommend Mr. Holloway to anyone who needs an experienced attorney. The fees will be higher, but in the long run the money is very well spent.

On May 5th, I went out to check the mail. In the box was a letter from the Cobb County Sheriff Department post marked April 30th. Since my adult child was on probation for their first dui, which had been reduced to reckless driving, I knew immediately that anything coming from the sheriff’s office couldn’t be good, and true to form it wasn’t! It was a notice dated April 28th, 2015 that my child was in violation of their probation and that a warrant dated March 25th, 2015, over 30 days before the actual letter was mailed, had been issued. Not once during this time did their probation officer ever call to have them come in and retest, or even give them a notice that a warrant had been issued. Immediately my child called Mr. Holloway, who had successfully defended them on their first ever dui case, (having gotten it successfully reduced to reckless driving) and they told Mr. Holloway about their current problem. Mr. Holloway immediately called their probation officer and she informed him that his client’s urine had trace amounts of alcohol in it and that they were in violation of their probation. Mr. Holloway then called my child and proceeded to tell them what the violation was; since they had no clue, due to the fact that the letter didn’t specify, nor did the probation officer ever contact them prior to issuing the warrant to even tell them. Mr. Holloway then advised them to go and turn themself in immediately, which is what they did on May 5th, 2015. During the time my child was in the county jail Mr. Holloway did what he does best, and he went to work on the case. Within a few hours of my child turning themself in, I received a call from Mr. Holloway’s very competent assistant, Lea. She graciously informed me that Mr. Holloway had managed to get my child’s case on the judge’s calendar for May 7th! This is simply unheard of!!! Now on the day of court, May 7th, the judge was sentencing people back to back. Apparently this was the day for hearing probation violators! I couldn’t stomach it so I left the courtroom to get some air, because I was certain my child was about to have to serve time for their violation. Before I could reenter the courtroom Mr. Holloway was out in the hallway walking toward me. I couldn’t determine at all by the look on his face what the outcome was, so I simply sat down and prayed. Mr. Holloway then told me that my child was free and I could pick them up in a few hours!!! He also told me that there were no changes in their liberal probation and that everything would remain the same. Once again, Mr. Holloway came through for us. While Mr. Holloway is certainly not the cheapest, trust me he is certainly the best, and he is worth every dime, because the cost to fight for freedom, well let’s just say it ain’t free!

I found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time and, charged though never convicted of several offenses. I owe all of my good fortune regarding issue resolution and ultimately, expungement off my here to for non existent record. I found Mr Holloway to be a tireless advocate, extremely knowledgeable of the Fulton County complex legal system, well connected with the Solicitor General's office, all making the value of his services well worth the fee.

I had a couple of Sheriffs knock on my door for 5 consecutive days. This was a pretty scary experience, in fact they became more aggressive with each visit and I was frankly scared to death to open the door, fearing that I would be accused of something, harassed, or worse. Although I was confident that I had no reason to have them looking for me, I knew that they wouldn't stop until I contacted them or answered the door. I knew I needed to call an attorney to find out what the Sheriff wanted - no way was I going to contact the Sheriff directly and open myself up to potential legal risks. However, I had a problem - it was Thanksgiving! What attorney is going to take my call on Black Friday?! I made some calls, left some voicemails, and fully expected to wait until the following Monday. I was just hoping that my door didn't get kicked in before then! Much to my surprise, I got a text about 15 minutes later! It was Philip! He received my message and would call shortly. He took care of everything and found out that the Sheriff was looking for a previous tenant who had child support problems. Within 2 hours time, he resolved the issue completely all via text/email during a holiday on Black Friday! Best. Attorney. Ever. Seriously, call him, right now!

Mr. Holloway recently represented me in a case with several serious tickets. He was able to get a great reduction on all tickets. I could have paid up to $3,000 but all tickets were reduced to $275. I was very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency.
