I was arrested for a DUI and accused of refusing the breath test. Alan first negotiated a dismissal of the police officer’s petition to have my driver’s license suspended. Then, he persuaded both the police officer and the prosecutor to agree to a reduction on my DUI charge. Alan kept me informed of what was going on during the whole process and did great work getting my case resolved. I highly recommend hiring him if you are in legal trouble.

Grateful for Johnson and Alday! Bobby came highly recommended from a close family friend. Although it wasn’t under ideal circumstances I appreciated everything they did. This was my first time working with an attorney, I wasn’t sure what to expect. They did a lot of work without me having to probe. When I did probe things seem to get done faster, It could be just my perception. Bobby is so busy but yet makes your feel important. Regardless of what time I emailed Bobby, I got a response from him or team within a few hours. During the workday I would get responses immediately. Scam at its worst. Worst Attorneys in Atlanta. They take a cut from you and the scammed doctors fees ($7,500) for Doctors you NEVER see. They drag your case out years and never get any thing more than the original offer. when you complain THEY WITHDRAW FROM YOUR CASE AND FILE A LIEN AGAINST YOUR CASE!!! You can do without an Attorney stealing your fees. Pick one of the REPUTABLE ATTORNEYS.

John handled my slip and fall case. He and his staff were professional. They kept me updated on how my case was going. They went there to answer All my questions no matter how many times I called. They got my settlement back as quickly as possible. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with a claim.
