First I must say that Kim is simply an amazing defense attorney. I scheduled a consultation for her to represent me with possible charges pending from a family member which was traumatic in itself. She's very tough. She's a fighter. And she will fight for you. As she has fought for me and continues to fight for me. The best advice I can give you is be completely honest with her. I know it's terrifying when there is pending or possible charges looming. But she needs to see the clear picture so she can fight for you. Run as fast as you can! This woman is nasty! Will rob you of your money then be a slack ass on your case. Never mentioned a 1st offender option to me. Told me this won't end well for you. Even told me I better get with my network of people to get her money. If that's not enough once I refused to have her represent me anymore she walks into the lobby of the court room telling total strangers my business and that I'm going to jail, which I did not go to jail thanks to the new attorney. Once she was gone I got everything worked out with another attorney in 4 HOURS!!!! A different attorney tells me 1st offender options, finish what you owe, and your done. This woman never mentioned it in 5 months. She works for the system, NOT you. Buddies up with the judge. She's disgusting.

I messed up and faced serious time in one of the brand new for profit prisons in Georgia. Every trip to the mailbox was as anxiety filled as a Hitchcock movie. I lost all confidence in the firm I hired originally. Desperate I asked for help from Frye law group. I was told that they could help me and I contracted them. That was the best decision of my life. I was wrongfully overcharge by the georgia state patrol and had several felonies. As my day approached I prepared to lose everything.
