I truly appreciated the care and understanding Susan took with my case. I changed my mind numerous times, and she did not try to talk me into anything, rather she gave me all the legal implications for my actions. I would definitely use her again in the future and recommend anyone wanting to fight hard to hire her. She is very personable and caring with her clients.

Extremely frustrating experience with this law office. My father passed and this firm was handling probate details. I needed to sign a couple documents and no longer live local to the office. The documents were emailed to me and I had them notarized and shipped the physical copies back. The documents were received Monday April 29th. On Monday May 6th, Terri Erickson emailed saying she sent the wrong documents and I would need to go through the process again. Ok, mistakes happen. She provided a new document for me to sign. I went to have the new document signed and she made a mistake on my name. The notary would not notarize the document. Another wasted trip. The lack of attention to details is surprising. I would highly recommend looking for a different law office. The attorney Terri works for is Leslee Hungerford.
