I was very grateful that I found Mr. Schwartz. He was able to get my case dismissed at the first court hearing. He worked on my behalf to restore my good name. I was incredibly intimidated by the proposition of serving jail time. Mr. Schwartz managed to keep me calm and informed. Andrew managed to keep my wife out of jail plain and simple. I retained Andrew for multiple cases in two counties. One county had a very strict Judge that does not allow for the suspension of minimum jail times. Andrew managed to move the supervision of initial sentence to another county which allows for the suspension of sentences contingent on the successful enrollment and completion of court supervised programs. This type of transfer, to our knowledge had never been done before and it kept my wife from having to spend a single day in jail. My wife and I made a purchase at a retail store and were later sued by the the company for having the credit card company do a chargeback for the defective item we purchased.
