I am an out of state attorney with a son that got into trouble in Atlanta area. I consulted with Mr. Schwartz after seeing his high reviews. His legal read of the case was Excellent in my opinion and so was his advice. He was realistic about the situation and spoke frankly about the way forward. The issue is not currently being litigated but if and when it does get to that point i have Mr Schwartz on speed dial and will be hiring him on behalf of my son. If you are looking to hire an attorney give him a call and find out for yourself. He promptly returned all of my phone calls, which attorneys failed to do.

As Pro-Bono, Mr. Schwartz took on my case of a citation for following to closely. The collision result because a car jumped the lane to avoid an out of control car. As a result of Mr. Schwartz, the citation was dismissed.
