Mr. Goldberg successfully obtained a Modification of Sentence for my son in a very timely manner. I consulted with 5 other attorneys before deciding to hire Mr. Goldberg. He was always very attentive and sincere. Mr. Goldberg communicated perfectly and regularly with my son in prison, and myself throughout this process, as he promised. Ben was great!! From the very beginning of the case he was very informative and attentive. I never had a problem getting in contact with him. His fees were reasonable for great service and he was also very flexible with payment plans that worked for me. He showed lots of compassion and was always professional and polite. He showed signs of being very experienced and well known in his field of work, providing options that would work specifically for my case. I hired Mr. Goldberg simply based off of the reviews I read on this site. I only had a certain amount of time to hire one before a simple warrant hearing. I was not confident at all until I briefly consulted with him over the phone, and right then and there I knew he was the one! Mr. Goldberg actually LISTENED to my story and realized the false warrant taken out on me was complete BS just by giving him a short version of the story. I met with him once to go over the case details and court was the following week. Mr. Goldberg ripped the accuser to SHREDS! I did not have to testify and the case was DISMISSED. I have my peace of mind again, and the money was WELL SPENT. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Goldberg! He is prompt and it is not a hassle to get in contact with him!
