Nothing positive to say and for some reason it only shows positive reviews and keeps deleting the bad reviews which I’m pretty sure this will be deleted so no one can see the truth and the truth is she lies and definitely does not have the kids best interest at all there’s no way the child best interest being with an abusive and narcissistic father over a mother that done nothing but gave her kids everything she could the child doesn’t even want to be where he is right now but nobody listening to the child either, this shouldn’t be like that if you truly care about what’s the best interest of the child then listen and pay attention.

Due to the fact that I will be pursuing further action within my court case involving Tori and Judge Poole, I can’t really go into many details and this is a bold act on my part to come out with this review, I will state that the investigation done by Tori, and her team is not thorough, fair, or objective. That’s just how strongly I feel about the injustice. There will be favoritism played, even if it’s with an abusive partner and will ultimately not be in favor of the best interest of the children. Pre-judgment is laid straight out of the gate and favoritism will be made a factor regardless of what ever actual evidence you have to prove otherwise. I have the records to back up my claims… So if she doesn’t seem to favor you, right from the beginning, I’d go elsewhere and seek a more fairly biased representative. My exhibits were very well documented and corroborated, however, never really a chance to provide that based upon the testimony of Tori, and how much she actually can sway the judge. I received a very unfair and unjust lashing from the judge, due to the inefficacy of how my case was actually presented to the judge, even though I have a great attorney! And here we are now with my children, having severe reactions to the trauma of being in full custody with their dad. Them consistently asking to be able to stay with me more full-time Due to this. I am doing a number of things behind the scenes which will change the ultimate outcome of this ruling. But I would like to advise anyone who was going into it firsthand, to be aware of who ends up being appointed as your guardian ad litem. Ask for another and do your homework. Addressing it after the ruling is so much more of a time consuming and especially expensive venture.

If you value your relationship with your children, do not choose her as a GAL. She is biased and doesn’t care about the child’s best interests.

Tori White Legal Group recently participated as a GAL in my custody dispute. I appreciated how she set the tone during initial discussions and focused discussions on my child's behalf. I found Attorney White to be fair and honest during interviews with all parties. I felt she developed a bond with my child and worked hard to understand the complexity of my child's situation. Attorney White went above and beyond to help bring a continuous case to settlement. My child is thriving now, with both parents, and recently had straight As at school. I know my child is very grateful for Tori White Legal Groups involvement.

Please do not use Tori White Legal. I cannot give any information at this time about my experience, but perhaps you can save your time, money, mental health and families by finding another Guardian. Please do your research to find a competent, honest, unbiased Guardian who is willing to follow the Professional Rules, investigate and who is capable of independent thought and willing to challenge the status quo.

Definitely a great attorney she’s very knowledgeable and informative, very investigative and honest she’s works extremely hard for her clients. She saved my children from a bad situation and I’d vouch for her any day if you want a Bulldog attorney you’ve found her!

I don't even have the words to describe the professional and invested experience I had with Tori White Legal Group. As you can imagine, divorce is rarely nice and is more often then not a very overwhelming experience especially when custody is not an area that you can come to an agreement on. I did not know Ms. White or have any experience with her firm but she was court appointed for my custody case and she was very thorough, empathetic and overall a wonderful experience for me and for my children. And I will say that my children are very reserved when meeting and talking with people, especially if they do not know them, however, that was not the case here. Ms. White won my children's trust and took care to hear them when they spoke and get to know them. She also is great at communicating and answering questions at all times during the process. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

My experience with Tori and Kelly was outstanding. There main goal is to make sure your kids are in a safe, stable, comfortable environment. There professionalism is way more than I expected. Tori had a way of getting my kids to open up and they all loved her. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an angel. On top of that she is extremely honest and sent a check back to me. I had a great experience with Tori and Kelly in my divorce and now for co-parenting assistance. Both Tori and Kelly were quick to respond and we had clear communication. Tori was sensitive to my child and made her feel very comfortable and safe. Tori was very thorough and fair during our time with her. Tori White Legal Group is one that is trustworthy. Tori & Kelly made such a difficult situation much easier to get through.
