in the begining, contact with mr. walter was great . for the last 2 years, i have called and e-mailed both mr. walter and mr. chestnut, and am not getting any returned call or answer's for my e-mail, in reference to my case as an injured worker in iraq. i have no idea if my case was ever settled, or is still on going. i am sure they are both very busy, but an answer is not asking to much.

I am very pleased with Mr. Chestnut. He truly understands the law and can bring the best results. The experiance and honesty he has is a plus.

MR. Chestnut is the best. I have used alot of different lawyers for different reasons over the years. His staff is the best. They always return calls, and more than anything they listen to what is said. When i was in the hospital i was scared to death. I have a daughter that is almost 8 . When they started talking about doing 2 lumbar punctures i was scared because of my daughter. Knowing i had him I knew everything was going to be ok. When i was scared and just needed a friend. He was there. He treats me like im a person and more than that a friend. His staff is so kind and careing. If i only could get Joann to remeber my number. Well I'm going through a whole lot with my injuries after being rear ended by a tractor trailor while on my job. And Mr. Chestnut has fought workers comp the entire way. It's still very early in my situtation but so far this law firm have been excellent with keeping me informed etc. I would totally recommend Mr. Chestnut to anyone because he will get the job done.
