I strongly discourage anyone from working with Morgan & Morgan. My personal injury case after my car accident has been with them since December 2022, and it remains unresolved. The communication has been abysmal. Every time I call, I’m told someone will call me back, but that never happens. New people are constantly assigned to my case without any notification or updates. I was initially told I would receive the maximum settlement, but this has been far from the truth. The last person I spoke with, Amynah Haji, informed me that my medical bills exceeded $20,000, the attorney was taking 40%, and the settlement was only $25,000. She mentioned trying to negotiate with the doctors so I could receive something, but then suggested I sign a Do Not Pay Letter and personally negotiate with the doctors—something their team should handle as part of their job. This firm has not provided the support or advocacy they promised. I feel completely abandoned, especially now that Amynah’s number is disconnected. I would have been better off accepting the insurance company's initial offer of $10,000 plus additional funds for medical expenses. Instead, I’m left feeling cheated while the attorneys take their cut regardless of the outcome. Morgan & Morgan claims to be "For the People," but my experience has been the opposite. They have not acted in my best interest and seem more focused on their share of the settlement. I do not recommend their services to anyone!

Ive contacted Morgan and Morgan several times this year after I was hacked and money was stolen from me. They said I had a case and that an attorney would be assigned to me in a few days. A few days has turned into months and still no attorney. Now they say that they no longer accept my kind of situation and that no attorney will he assigned. They also said that when they say an attorney hasn't been assigned, it's because they don't want to take on that case. I wasnt told this. I was told I had a case... They've wasted months of my time. Seems like a very irresponsible attorney. Very disappointed
