Going through any legal issues is never fun, but Melanie and her team made this process so easy and stress free for me. Melanie is a power house to be reckoned with! She truly cares about her client and always made me feel confident and comfortable with the legal proceedings. One of the things I love most about Melanie is her honesty, she always kept me on track. I have been assisting my brother with a billing dispute which transitioned into litigation with this firm since 2019. They were handling a medical POA family matter, as our father was terminally ill. In my opinion, they mishandled the case and they charged thousands of dollars unfairly.
